The intellectual foundation of the firm begins with its founder. Saniya holds degrees in Statistics and Indology — two disciplines that appear unrelated until you understand what SM² does. Statistics demands that you find the signal in the noise. Indology offers a body of organisational wisdom that modern management science is only beginning to rediscover.
That combination is why SM²’s frameworks are named from Sanskrit, and why its diagnostic approach is rooted in structure rather than sentiment. Over five years and 50+ engagements, the methodology has held across industries as different as FMCG and real estate.
