Sunfire had the opportunity to engage Saniya Mane as the Virtual CHRO for Sunfire Technologies during FY26, a year in which our organization went through significant growth and transformation.

Saniya played a key role in strengthening our HR function by introducing structured policies, improving recruitment processes, establishing performance management frameworks, and bringing greater governance and discipline across people practices. She worked closely with our leadership team, ensuring that HR initiatives remained aligned with our business objectives rather than functioning as a standalone support function.
